We evaluate each portfolio on collateral quality, weighted average LTV, term profile, and geographic distribution.
Our process is direct: NDA, diligence, indicative position. We do not require external syndication to close. Counterparties typically include MICs managing concentration risk, lenders seeking a liquidity event, and institutions managing run-off books. All inquiries are handled confidentially.

Unlike a bank mortgage, qualification is based primarily on the property's value, the borrower's equity position, and a credible plan for repayment — not solely on income documentation or credit score. Private mortgages are typically short-term, interest-only facilities used to bridge a borrower through a specific financial situation to a better long-term position.
Private mortgages serve borrowers who fall outside conventional criteria for reasons that are situational rather than structural: self-employed income that doesn't qualify on paper, a recent credit event that hasn't yet recovered, a property type that banks won't finance, or a closing deadline that conventional approval timelines simply cannot meet.
