How It Works

Principal Broker
Onboarding.

Registration is at the brokerage-level, not agent-level. Your principal broker submits the brokerage once. Once approved, all licensed agents and brokers in good standing can start placing deals with BNQ Financial through your preferred submission platform.

Provide your brokerage details, FSRA licence number, E&O insurance information and production volume details.

BNQ reviews Brokerage Application

Our team reviews the submission and verifies the details. We may have clarifications and may request supporting documents.

Brokerage Onboarding Meeting

Once approved, you will receive an email with conditional approval, and details for scheduling your onboarding meeting to discuss next steps and plan around your private lending needs.

Partnership Activation

We schedule your Agents Onboarding Day for the Brokerage and engage with your team to work on deals

Deal Submission

Every agent, in good standing at your brokerage can now submit via your preferred submission platform.
