01 — FINMO
Submit via Finmo

Canada's digital-first mortgage platform. If you're already originating on Finmo, BNQ is available as a lender directly in your dashboard.

Log in to your Finmo account
Go to app.finmo.ca and log in with your broker credentials. If you don't have a Finmo account, contact your brokerage administrator.

Open or create your application
Start a new mortgage application or open an existing one. Complete all required borrower, property, and loan details before submitting.

Select BNQ Financial as your lender
In the lender selection screen, search for "BNQ Financial" and select us. Confirm the product type matches your deal.

Attach your deal notes and documentation
Upload your deal summary, supporting documents, and any notes using our Deal Submission Checklist as a guide. Include your exit strategy.

Submit and email your BDM
Submit the application through Finmo, then send a heads-up email to [email protected] with your application number. Our team will follow up within 24 hours.
02 — VELOCITY
Submit via Velocity

Newton Connectivity's broker platform. BNQ is an active lender on Velocity — submit directly from your existing workflow.

Log in to Velocity
Access your Velocity account through Newton Connectivity. Ensure your broker profile and E&O are current.

Create or open your application
Complete the full mortgage application with all borrower details, property information, and loan specifics.

Find BNQ Financial in the lender list
Search "BNQ Financial" in the lender panel and select the appropriate product. Confirm LTV and product type match your deal.

Upload documents and deal notes
Use the document upload feature to attach all supporting files. Include your deal summary following our submission format.

Submit and note your application number
Submit through Velocity and record your application number. Email [email protected] to confirm receipt.
03 — FILOGIX
Submit via Filogix

The industry-standard mortgage origination platform. BNQ Financial is available as a lender on Filogix Expert.

Open Filogix Expert
Log in to Filogix Expert through your brokerage. Make sure you're using the most current version of the platform.

Complete the mortgage application
Fill in all sections of the application — borrower info, property details, income, and loan request. Accuracy here speeds up our review.

Select BNQ Financial as lender
In the submission panel, locate BNQ Financial and select the matching product. Double-check LTV and property type eligibility.

Attach your documentation package
Upload all required documents. Use our checklist to ensure nothing is missing before submitting — incomplete files cause delays.

Submit and follow up by email
Submit through Filogix and immediately email your application number to [email protected]. Our underwriting team will be in touch within 24 hours.

Submit via Scarlett

Scarlett's broker deal management platform. Submit your BNQ deal directly from your Scarlett workspace.

Log in to Scarlett
Access your Scarlett account and navigate to the deal submission section.

Build your mortgage application
Complete all required fields for your deal including borrower profile, property details, and loan specifics.

Select BNQ Financial
Find BNQ Financial in the lender directory and select the product that matches your deal type.

Upload your documents and notes
Attach all required documentation and your deal summary. Reference our checklist to ensure your package is complete.

Submit through Scarlett and email [email protected] with your application number to confirm receipt.

Submit via BOSS

Broker One Stop Solution. Submit your deal to BNQ directly through the BOSS platform.

Log in to BOSS
Access your BOSS account and open the deal origination section.

Complete your mortgage application
Enter all borrower, property, and loan information. Ensure the deal type matches a BNQ product before submitting.

Select BNQ Financial as your lender
Search for BNQ Financial in the lender panel and confirm product and LTV eligibility.

Attach documentation
Upload your complete documentation package. Use our submission checklist to verify nothing is missing.
