Mortgage Agents Level 1 and 2
We are currently seeking self-motivated and detail-oriented Mortgage Agents to join our team.
Job Overview
This is an independent contractor role, commission based. We are looking for results driven individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit looking to build a career in the mortgage industry. You will be responsible for business development, client outreach, building referral partners and acting as the first point of contact to borrowers with a focus on understanding their mortgage needs while educating them along the way. You will be supported by our in-house underwriting team and experienced leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
Client Interaction
Assist clients in gathering necessary documentation and information for mortgage applications. Provide initial consultations and answer questions regarding mortgage products and processes.
Data Entry
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, application statuses, and other relevant information using company CRM systems.
Application Processing
Review and organize client documents to ensure completeness and accuracy. Assist in preparing and submitting mortgage applications to lenders.
Compliance
Ensure that all mortgage transactions comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Stay updated on changes in mortgage regulations and industry trends.
Deal Progression
Handle all deal related tasks, managing client follow-ups, and coordinating with lenders, lawyers, realtors and other stakeholders to bring a deal to closure.
